the combi boiler is only giving out lukewarm water out of the taps,the microswitches are being activated and the boiler fires up,yet when i turn the tap off to only a trickle then the water starts to get hot.

Any ideas what this could be??

maybe a clogged HW heat exchanger.......when the hot tap is on full does the burner click off or does it remain on all the time ?

Or diaphragm. Turn hw tap on full, does the CH flow pipe get hot?
(Leftmost 22mm one iirc)
Lots of other things it could be too.

ChrisR....believe it's the right hand one as you look at the boiler from the front........left should be return.
