Hi
I have a halstead boiler . The problem is that this morning we had low water pressure which makes the taps slow. There was still hot water coming out but later I went to turn on the thermostat for some heat ,the boiler didnt fire up. Still wont. I adjusted the pressure on the boiler as it was low anyway but still no difference.
Hot water : fine , heating : zero
Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks
Steve

What halstead model?

Assuming its a combi, you need to check clock and roomstat are ok. This will involve basic electrical checks to do you have a mulit meter or voltage tester?

We really need to know what model it is. Do as rob says then post back with more info.

Its a Halstead Finest if that helps. Have no equipment to check things.
Any ideas?
Thanks for the replies so far.

Of course its necessary to know what model your boiler is.

However, its difficult for me to know what you expect us to do to help you.

To identify faults on boilers its necessary to have test equipment and know how to use it.

My best advice might be for you to get a professional to fix it for you.
