cheers m8 youve been a great help ! one more thing one of the 2x3 has come away from the main support beam ! it was nailed in from above, im now thinking if i were to screw it back up (from below) to the main support beam it wouldnt hold (as its already weak an screwing a 6" screw through it would probably just split it) so was thinking of getting some kind of steel bracket made at work that will fit over the 2x3 and the screw into the main support beam. What do you think ?
