Heat Exchanger Blockage on Heatline Solaris Combi

also some solaria 30's are miss labeled 35kw boilers which would make it a monster 24 plate heat exchanger

are you saying that they boxed and labelled a 35kw boiler as a 30kw??

sorry missed your post

yes!!! they were idiots!!!

when they first came out they they called them the solaris 24 and 30...but they were in fact 30kw and 35kw in dhw mode  they renamed them to reflect the dhw output but loads still came out with the wrong badge.

all academic now...they dont made the boiler anymore.

Heatline boilers are now only sold at B&Q !

Thats a pity as they are good boilers !

The OP should have taken his installer to court as he clearly did not clen the system adequately.

A power flush and a return filter would be a good idea but only from someone who will guarantee his work and will deal with any more blocked plates.

I dont understand why Heatline are changing them! They are blocked due to the installer's incompetence. Its not the manyfacturer's dirt!
