Guys
My bathroom sounds like run way one at Heathrow.
When I turn the tap on at the sink (mixer tap fed by ten mil from hot/combi and cold/mains) the valve for the shower valve makes a racket.
The sound is of vibration - I have secured the pipes aswell as possible but the shower valve is only supported by the pipes themselves and through a wooden bracket.
There is no vibration if I have the sink ixer tap on pure cold or pure warm - the probelm comes when I mixed the two for a warm supply.
Am confused and in need of advice. What is the best way to insulate these pipes so they do not vibrate against boards etc? Why does the problem only occur when I mix the supply?
