Hi,
Do you mean that the hot water is from a different tank (i.e. electric immersion) or does it heat from a combi boiler?
If it is a different system, check your fuses/trip switches, heating element (inside the tank), thermostat.
It would be useful if you have a little more info - i.e. is it an electric boiler for the hot water, is the tank split in 2, etc
