NO HOT WATER,OR CENTRAL HEATING HELP!!!

I WENT TO PUT THE HEATING ON BUT IT WASNT WORKING.THERE ALSO WAS NO HOT WATER.THE BOILER HAS JUST STOPPED ALL TOGETHER.IT IS AN IDEAL BOILER.THERE ARE NO LIGHTS ON OR FLAME.HELP
