Heating cutting out & coming on again

Good evening people, first time on here so be nice please!!!! haha

ok so i've got a 350 RD1 boiler, the boiler comes on then goes off around a minute later. this proses just continues on.

The boiler fires up ok and we get hot water ok also, it will just not stay on so the heating gets up to our desired heat. It will not go past 13 decrees.

Any help appreciated as we have 2 kids in the house so need it to be warm.

very true well i'm thinking its the sensors harness, so going to get one tom and fit it other than that it could be the thermostat.
