heating merchants

my family is looking to move to Northampton or Milton Keynes.
Just wondering if anyone knows of any merchants in these areas .
i am a heating engineer and will be looking for Boiler parts.

There are various branches of all the national chains in Northampton, MK, Bedford, and Kettering, and a number of good independant merchants. I can recommend some independants in the NN8 and NN10 postcodes if required.

I think finding the work may be harder than finding a plumbers merchant.

If you were to sit by the M1 junction early in the morning you would see all the builders and plumbers driving into London to undercut the local tradesmen who have to pay £350,000 for a 3-bed semi.

If you go a litle further afield there is a very good small independent in MK and probably called Stoney heating or similar.
