Heating not working after replacing a new radiator

We have replaced a radiator today, but now the heating will not work, the boiler is firing up and the pump is working but not one radiator is heating up, we have bled all radiators but still not working !
Any ideas are welcome please ??

turn all working rads off probably a airlock hopefully this will shift it
