Hello

Strange problem. When the heating is turned on it heats up fine upstairs but the downstairs ones aren't heating up.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this and how to fix it?

Thanks

Is the system balanced? (try shutting off the working rads, and see if that gets the others going.)

Is the pump running? (some systems will heat some rads through gravity circulation even if the pump has failed)

Any TRVs stuck closed? (check the pins under the heads move freely)

Is the system clean? (water flows round the system freely, mud and sludge doesn't)
