Heatline expansion tank

Hi everyone just joined
The names is Sammy
Has anyone had a heatline solaris 30pc pressure rise problem similar to this one the boiler pressure rises to 3 then the boiler cuts out and starts up a short time later I have been advised(a nice person called Trish) this could be a expansion tank problem any other suggestions before I get my screwdriver out

Expansion tank needs to be pressurised.
You'll need a foot pump.

Drop drain some of the water from the heating system.
Attach foot pump to expansion vessel tyre valve.
Pump it up to about 1 bar. Sorted.
