help - drilling hole through cermaic tile

Hi,

I have a cloakroom which has ceramic tiles on every wall.
I would like to install a sink so I would need to d5rill a hole to accomodate the waste pipe. Do I need to break / remove the tile in order to do this or is there a way to drill a hole big enough for the waste pipe?

A diamond tipped core drill would do it no bother, you can hire them anywhee.

You might like to consider a grit edged holesaw (Screwfix 10466)
They work a treat - nice and slow, no hammer action on your drill.
