i was training as an electrician when i left school but dropped out because i was an idiot 
I am now 19 and i realised how lucky i was to actually find an employer and how big a mistake it was to drop out, i passed my first year exams and would like to finish of and become fully qualified but having difficulty finding an employer that will give me practical work and also a way to start my theoretical work besides paying to be enrolled at college? can anyone help??????
