hi, im an American in Philippines,, we got some local workers who seem to know what they are doing...

they are installing a support for the water tank, made of hollow block, filled with cement and rebar

the tank itself is made of plastic, holds 250 gallons,, maybe imperial gallons, i'm not sure

they have filled the walls with cement and are finishing the outside,,
its about 7 feet high

we have four corner walls and cement on the top..
my friend came over and thought i should consult an architect

its hard for me to say here how much material we have used so far

well, what do u think, any input for me? thanks in advance

He wondered what the static head was, static .But he didn`t state it , he comes from the States, he stated that . Maybe there is a statutary exclusion zone that should be left round the tower in case it topples
