Help needed - Multi connection waste outlet name unknown???!

I have a basement flat and the bathroom toilet, bath and sink waste pipes all connect to one outlet. It is oval in shape and has separate holes for the toilet waste and smaller bath and sink wastes to go into. There is also a spare inlet hole which is capped off.

I need to get hold of a cap with a rubber washer to fit the sink waste pipe into. This should seal the pipe into the waste connection.

Trouble is I have no idea what the multi connection waste outlet thingy is called nor the cap that i'm trying to find.

Can anyone help please?

a RGI means a Registered Gas Installer or CORGI ....and A CORGI aint necesarily a plumber me , I`m a SOFP Sad Old Fart Plumber
