Help needed undoing these connections

Can someone please help. I don't know how to undo these connections. I thought they were speed fit and you just push a tab at the top,but there doesn't seem to be a tab. The plastic end does spin - but not unscrew.

Unscrew collar then push down on cap to release.

I don't know how to undo these connections

They're HEP fittings, they need a key to demount them from the pipe

That being said, they'll be fun trying to get them off where they're located. They weren't really the best option to use in that instance, whoever fitted them.

Thanks everyone, yes I noticed hep2o written on the side. Luckily got the plastic tools from toolstation and after a wrestle - got them off. Thanks
