jUST MOVED HOUSE...GOT A TWO GANG TWO WAY LIGHT SWITCH TO WIRE. THERE ARE 3 RED WIRES, 1 BLACK AND 1 EARTH (OLD WIRING i THINK) THERE ARE NO BLACK SLEEVES ON ANY OF THE RED WIRES (MAY WELL HAVE FALLEN OFF). tHE SWITCHES CONTROL MY PORCH LIGHT AND LIVING ROOM LIGHT, THERE IS ALSO A SINGLE SWITCH ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LIVING ROOM THAT SWITCHES THE LIVING ROOM LIGHT ON ONLY. i CAN ONLY FIND INFO ON MODERN WIRING ON THE NET, PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP?

Ben, NONE of the Reds will have had Black sleeving on them.

The Black core you have SHOULD have Red sleeving on.

NONE of the cores there are a Neutral.

The Black core will come from a cable that will also have a RED core associated with it, this will be a feed from and back to a light. This is simply a live in and live out via the switch.

You need to identify if this is for the lounge or porch light.

However, as you do not understand any of this, I would urge you to call an electrician.
