Help on a Ravenheat 820/20 PLEASE

Hi,
Could anyone mail me any diagrams/service manual for a ravenheat 820/20.


The problem this morning :- no hot water and an cooked electrical smell from the boiler. I haven't had chance to have a look at it yet, as I had to go out.
Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

i had this once with a 820/20. I messed about for ages trying to find out what it was and i think it turned out that it was the fan resister and in the end it blew the PCB so we thought it would be best to replace the boiler due to its age.

The fan resistor is unlikely to make any smell as its an alumimium cased ceramic element and its much more likely to be the fan failing but thats inside the combustion chamber and any smell would only communicate to the outside.

Could be the pump though!

When 820/20 pcbs go, they have a tendency to do it in style

They burn better than puma pcbs
