so I'm putting in a sink in my garage. I've attached the drain using a strap boss just need to T into the plastic pipe water inlet. I'm hoping I can use plastic pushfit fittings all the way to the tap or would some copper pipes also be required? Any advice on the fittings and pipe I should use from the T to the tap would be much appreciated, thanks.

Plastic pipe and push-fit fittings will do the job, just make sure you use inserts, the right ones for the pipe.
