Hi, we have a chimney in the loft above our offshot bathroom. It is resting on an rsj. It developed a leak a couple of years ago, we had it reflaunched and repointed by our nice roofer. It developed again last year and he came and found a leak in the lead which he repaired. It is now leaking again when it rains heavily. Would the airbrick be letting water in? Could the bricks be porous? Be grateful for any ideas of what to do next, thanks

It is already resting on an rsj in the loft. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. It only happens when it rains badly or for a long period of time so I know it's not condensation
