Have recently refurbished with new bathroom suite,only problem is when wash hand basin tap is turned on a quarter turn,after a few seconds there is a slight knock and the flow stops,flow restarts after opening tap further.
This applies to both hot and cold taps.When taps are turned fully open they appear to function normally- Any suggestions
