We have been without water now for 8 days and have left the central heating on in these very cold conditions (we were told to do this to keep the pipes from freezing)

The water pressure is on 1 in the boiler,
We have a greenstar 24i junior or the 28i junior Worcester....
Anyway I was told that we couldn’t use it if the water was off because it could damage the boiler, does anybody know if this is true? Does the condensing boiler loose water pressure each time it discharges it? Can anybody please help?
Cheers
Jason

Your boiler should be fine doing the CH with the water turned off.
