Help with this boiler pls!

Hi

I've inherited this boiler in a rental property. There are two showers in the property, one is electric and so is working and the other is an Aqualisa Aquastream which I presume is just a power shower and so also needs a hot water supply?

And so I can't seem to get any hot water from the kitchen taps or this second shower. I'm assuming its just a setting issue with the boiler. Can anybody give me some ideas of what I need to do to try and get it to work?? I'm sorry but I'm clueless about these things...

You need to locate the timer/programmer and make sure that is it calling for hot water

I have been given one of these as well, it is a remote hand held device. Is that what you mean?

That is the control for the heating !!

Ok, so are you saying there will be another timer/programmer of some kind somewhere?
