Italian Porcilain Floor tiles - how the hell do you drill holes in them for waste pipes or toilet screws. I dont seem to have a bit that will touch them

Plumb Center have recently stocked an excellent range os bits for just this purpose. Can't remember make right now, they are like a mini core drill and guaranteed to last for 200 holes ;)

yes I have a set of em cost about 100 i think not bad at all

Thanks guys - I lost this thread and reposted on the tiling site but am grateful for your help and will try the avenues you suggest
 
Diamond tipped core bits with plenty of water as porcelain eats em up.
