Hidden door and skirting

Hi all,
First off you will (I hope) be responding to a carpentry novice!!

I currently have 2 cupboards under the stairs and want to make them hidden as much as possible - hinges, handles and to place the skirting on it but unsure on how to do this and what the best products would be.
Would like to use my existing doors and already have the skirting sorted.

Any help or advice greatly received.

you can not have hidden doors and skirting
if you you do you need parlament hinges that stick out about 1" so not realy hidden you also need an oversized leading edge for clearence
