Hinge for a Dog Walk

Im trying to build this:

Unfortunately I have no idea what that king of hinge is called.

Im hoping I can get one that folds all the way in but will stop at a chosen point, if that makes sense.

Any help would be much appreciated

not sure about that link, nice ladders, but not much in the way of hinge info other than that they use "sturdy locking hinge joints" which do not seem widely available, if they exsist at all.

Why would the hinge have to stop at a certain point? When you open it out, surely the ends of the dog walk will rest on the ground. Theoretically they could open all the way out??
