Hive fitting to Worcester Greenstar 30i Combi ErP - Newport

Worcester Greenstar 30i Combi ErP and Worcester Comfort I RF Stat 600 001
want to change this to the hive.
I live in Newport South Wales
Any ideas on price to have this done? I have the Hive (2 channel)
or
can someone let me know what has to be done - electrical tech, so work on electrical machinery nearly every day.

you can use the Dual channel Hive on a combi, but not Ideal, you should use the single channel Hive, if your boiler has been wired using the low voltage connections and you use the hive dual channel you will cause expensive damage to the boiler

the dual I take it is for a separate hot water tank - correct?

the dual Hive is for a seperate HW system and uses 230V switching, the single channel is for combi boilers and uses switch free wiring, getting them wrong can be expensive

Thanks for the advice - yes I only have the boiler and no tank - that was removed when it was installed -

post a pic of the hive reveiver that you have and we will tell you what to do

looks straight forward - the l & N I take from the boiler?

just reading about installed one, it uses an EMS connection straight into the boiler

You can't wire it yourself, you need a gas engineer as you're removing the boiler casing
