It seems a simple system and looking at reviews quite reliable, but I would like to see actual numbers when pushing the comfort button like 22, 23 degrees etc

I have a heatmiser at home the neo is a really nice bit of kit. We also install losts of Nests, they are a really nice product but is more of a geeky thing. Sounds like you just need the functionality. In which case I would go with Heatmiser or Honeywell Evohome. Hive is tat, salus forget it. The owl stuff looks good but new company so who knows about reliability.
