I am just after some quick advice. I am removing a Nest thermostat and replacing it with a Hive one. The Nest is using OpenTherm which I know the Hive doesn't use. My current wiring can be viewed here
In picture 2 you can see the OT connection - I am just going to remove this.
In picture 3, I am going to remove the wire bridge between stat/timer and instead connect it to the wires that are used currently for the OT connection to the Heat Link. I will instead terminate these to the NO and NC connections in the Hive receiver.
Should I just ignore the common wire requirement in the Hive receiver?
