Hob Extractor which has its own 13 amp wall socket and fused Plug Top spurred from 32A MCB cooker supply keeps tripping separate 32A RCBO supplying upstairs and living room ring.
This only happens when the fan is switched between the different speeds.
Strange thing is that if I plug the extractor into the kitchen ring supplied by a seperate 32A MCB it does not trip the RCBO
I can leave it turned full on including lights and turn it on and off using the Lid/panel which you pull to open without tripping the RCBO.
Is this due to a fault with the RCBO detecting a spike or surge Via the Bus bar in the consumer unit ?
Any Ideas appreciated
