Following on from a previous post....

I am curently refurbishing the office/study

I have now finished my base units and sucsessfully hung the doors :)

I have even managed to hand cut a "masons mitre" joint and fitted the worktops

I now want to "neatly" install the various printers, computers etc

I would love 2 or 3 of those desktop grommet type fittings that allow cables through the top. I have found this - http://www.dpgformfittings.com/product/item/1322

But wondered if anyone knows of a "shop" where I can walk in pay and walk out with some of these? - Its a stupid question really but in this case I would really like to view and touch before I buy!!!!!!!!!

Secondly, I want to use a "trunking system" fastened to the wall to hide all the miles of cables. Does anyone do a durable, paintable system that is easy to access - i.e. the cover comes off without stress or damage as I would envisage need to access it regularly

Thanks Freddie

....I have seen those options and they may be what I go for in the end

the reason I asked was I wanted to see and touch before deciding. I had realised following a quite intensive google that I could buy by post. But I wondered if anyone was aware of a high street shop that stocked them.

... my fault for badly wording the question.

With regard to the trunking, none of the options I have (so far) seen, are what I had in mind so again I asked to see if anyone had any other ideas.

....I suppose I will have to bite the bullet and choose one of those options

....thanks again for your help ;)
