Hello to all,

We have a Honeysuckle in our back garden that was not planted by us and what variety it is I don't know.
In spring it sprouts with lovely green leaves and looks lush and healthy but a few weeks later they develop what looks like a silvery bloom, as if been dusted with talc ?
From then onwards it struggles to cope,
Any ideas

Sounds like it's got Powdery mildew fungal disease.
Can be caused by being to dry where it's planted.

Thanks for the reply SS,

I'll try and keep on top of that and see what happens,

Cheers
