Honeywell CM67 with a mind of its own

I have a Honeywell CM67 thermostat and it keeps turning it self up.


What happens is at some point in the early hours of the morning about 3 times a week the cm67 will decide it wants to turn up to about 22c.

It does not do it with any kind of pattern and to the extent that I turned it down went for a pee and came back out to find it had turned itself up again.

Has anyone seen this before or know of a way of resetting it?

The display defaults to show ambient and not set temperature. To view set temp press up or down button.

I know. it says the room temperature but it has set the temp to much higher than it should be according to the timer
