Honeywell CM700RF

Hi there, can anyone tell me how to wire a Honeywell CM700RF relay box to a Worcester 24i Junior?
At the moment the boiler is pluged into the wall via a 3 pin plug.
I have a fused spur with 4 wires that the old boiler was connected to.

Inside the relay box it has two sets of terminals NLL (left side) ABC (right side). The instruction booklet is not clear.
