I have a CM727 connected with BD91. Frequently(3 times today) I am noticing that the temperature is dropping when the heating should be on. When i go to the BD91 there are no lights on even when the thermostat is showing the flame on. When i press the button, the green light comes on and immediately the boiler kicks into action again. It is starting to prove a pain in the neck. There are no battery warnings on the thermostat and there is obviously signal as it comes on OK and works when the button is pressed. Any ideas

The i button should have no interaction with the transmission of data.
try changing the batteries - just because the symbol isn't there doesn't mean the signal is fading.
Otherwise you might need a new unit.
