I have the above named controller installed but I am not sure if it is an issue with the controller or elsewhere in the central heating system. Basically, I can have either the hot water on or the heating on but not both. If I try to put both on the controller and the two indicator lights switch off and the small LCD screen with the time on it goes blank. If I switch one of the slide levers off the controller switches back on. Throughout this the boiler does what the controller does, e.g switches off when the controller goes blank and switches on when the controller switches on. Any help on this matter would be very much appreciated.
