Hoover 550M Making a Clicking Noise

Hi

I have a Hoover 550M washing machine that has started making a loud clicking noise during the wash cycle. The machine is still washing everything OK but the noise suggest that it may stop working soon.

I found an article on Whirlpool washers with this problem, the fix for that was to fit a Agitator Dogs & Cam Repair Kit.

Does anyone know if the Hoover has a similar mechanism, or what the fault could be?
