hoover washing machine HNL842 will not drain

Hi
My hoover hnl842 will not drain, I have removed all lower pipes and found no blockages and replaced the water pump with a brand new motor with no success. wife now driving me mad please help

Is the pump actually running? Perform an emergency drain, remove the filter & observe if it runs on a drain cycle. The pump may not be getting voltage.

Oh dear...& this is a new pump?
No rotation = no voltage. Unless you are lucky & find a broken wire or dislodged connector in the pump circuit I suspect a you have a blown pump triac. Which means a new or recon pcb.
