Hi,
We had a new Baxi Combo boiler installed this time last year (which was moved from downstairs to an upstairs cupboard) and an extra radiator installed in our new conservatory with 15mm pipe work but rest of system is microbore.
Since this installation we have had hot radiators nearest to the boiler/hot water tank when the HW is on and when CH is switched off. Because it gets hot upstairs we have turned off the radiators upstairs and the water just flows downstairs so it is getting hot there. We have turned off the gatevalve underneath the flowvalve which directs water to the radiators but this has made no difference to establish whether the flow valve was broken but clearly this is not the case. The plumber (strangely enough) has gone AWOL so before calling another 'professional' we wondered if anyone had any ideas.
We think some of the new pipework may not be correct but don't know where to start!
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
