Hot tap upstairs is fine but not downstairs?

I have a hot tap in the kitchen that keeps dropping pressure then stopping all together and then going hot and cold when it dribbles out. I have a Worcester Bosch 24cdi Boiler, its never happened before?

Does anybody have any ideas please? Also what number should the boiler be on, the grey arrow is just over the number 1.

OK sorted!!!!

It was the valve thing in the tap had gone, I brought some cheap £12.99 tap handles with the valves in from Homebase and hey presto!!
