I would be glad for help on the issues my boiler is currently experiencing.
The central heating works fine, no issues with burner or temperature.
However when the HW is turned on the burner comes on for a short while then switches off. It will then come on again after 2-4 minutes but only for a short while before switching off again. The result is very intermitient hot water.
The micro switch works fine and for the sake of £10 I have replaced the hot water sensor, but no luck.
Equally puzzling is that the CH works fine only so long as the HW is not turned on. When the HW is turned on the burner starts going on and off as described above whereas the burner was fine before the water was turned on.
Before I call out an engineer just wanted to see if there was anyone on here that might have an idea as to whats going on nside my boiler!
