Hot water not working please help

And then this is the screw at the back I'm worried about getting to??

You have to take the diaphragm housing off the assembley, so you can easily change the diaphragm at the bench, no problem with any screws.
You're suppose to pull the two pipes out at the right side,but I opted to release them at the left. So I removed the housing along with the pipes attached.

ooo how do i just get this bit off or is that what your telling me to remove and its just the two screws on top and it pulls off?

Yes you've got it, those are the screws. I think at the left side it only one screw holding a keep plate in position.
There may be a dribble of water to catch when the two pipes are withdrawn.
 
dude you LEGEND!! we have hot water!!!! YAY thank you so much.

those little pipes were a pain to get out! but got there in the end, all in all it was surprisingly easy!
