hot water prob

ive got no hot water had immersion thermostat changed last year but same prob can anyone help cylinder type immersion if thats any use,or could it be something to do with tank in loft

can you check the heater has power /meter or test lead

sounds like the element has gone

thanks kev plumb i shall check for power if i am getting power is it easy to change element cos i think the stop cock is seized up and the drain valve

stop cock seized tie the ball valve up

run the hot water till it stops

where is the heater (top or side)

as above stick an old towel on the floor under the cylinder
and go for it
