Hot water problem with Saunier Duval 30e

Can any one help me I have a SD30e combi boiler and am having problems with my thermo static shower {running to hot then to cold changed thermo cartridge no joy} then while trying to fix this problem noticed boiler hot water pipe was sometimes going cold even tho burner was firing up anyone any DIY ideas for fault finding

It is a difficult job diagnosing some faults on boilers even for a professional !

There is probably nothing wrong with the boiler but you may have selected some incompatible settings.

Try turning the DHW temperature control on the boiler down a bit!

thanks agile tried that also tried playing with mains pressure no luck

having another prob with this boiler some times the water is running cold from the boiler even though boiler is fired up help. the ch is still running hot any ideas Wife wants me to spend money
