Hot water programmer with no volt cylinder sensor - recommendations?

Any suggestions of what product I could consider that my existing vented cylinder can use a low/no volt sensor that feeds to a mains programmer to tell it if the cylinder needs heating during timed periods?

Drayton do the one below but with no option to programme when to heat the water e.g. 2 hours morning & evening

you set the hot water times on the programmer not the thermostat

There's no wiring centre as the previous system boiler had everything including the an input for sensor that told the boiler the cylinder temperature
