Hot water tank mid posistion valve

Was wondering what the positions of M-W-H mean? I have mine set on H at the minute, is this correct?

Mid (as in mid position), Water (as in Hot Water) and Heating. If you want to know more, there's loads of threads on mid-position valves. Do a search.
