Hot Water Tap - No Pressure

Hi,

Our hot water tap in the kitchen suddenly has no pressure, there is water coming through it but it takes about 10 minutes to fill the sink.

Any ideas??

What should we do ?, is "guts are paggered" a technical name,

Really appreciate the advice, my husband hasn't come up with the goods yet.

if you choose not to fix it you may find that the new occupants put in a claim against you for repair.

Sorry, should have made it clear, we want to fix it, but need the quickest, most likely, cheapest solution if possible (does this exist!!),
