Hot water taps low flow

Is it possible to get single hole combination taps (mixer or monobloc) with 15mm feeds? The problem is that as we live in a bungalow the header tank for the hot water is only about 12 feet. The (downstairs ) bathroom is fine but in the cloakroom and kitchen sink the flow is abysmal. The problem taps are fed by 10mm flexibles and have ceramic inserts. I have tried changing the ceramics for standard glands but this is not the problem. Since 10mm has half the csa of 15mm I suspect that this is the problem. The rest of the pipework is either 15 or 22mm.
