hot water?

i have a back boiler to heat my water!!

when i run my bath, after about 5 mins of running the hot water starts spluttering and struggling to run any one any ideas?

Check the Big cold tank is filling quickly enough via the ball valve when running the bath.

Or could just be an air lock, but check tank first.

i have a back boiler to heat my water!!

Check your CWS (Cold water Storage)tank, normally in loft. Push ball on ball valve down. Water should run readily into tank. If you only have a slow supply, either your ball valve is partially blocked (likely), and needs replacing, or I have even found that a client had a burst mains pipe, in garden, so did not have sufficient pressure for the water to climb to loft (less likely)!
